5 Week Sketchbook Art Journal Course Every Tuesday Starting 13th Jan - 10th February 10am - 12.30pm Location : Nash Mills Village Hall, Lower Road, Nash Mills, Hemel Hempstead, HP3 8RT Parking on site 1 Space Left!!! This course is about play, process, and self-expression. Whether you’re new to art journaling or eager to expand your skills, you’ll leave with fresh techniques, inspiration, and a sketchbook that truly reflects you. Discover exciting new techniques in this Sketchbook Art Journal course, led by Natalie, an instructor with years of experience in the teaching and design industry. Together, we’ll explore mixed media and transform an ordinary sketchbook into a vibrant, personal art journal filled with colour, texture, and meaning. Each week brings a new subject or theme, from playful mark-making and intuitive colour play to collage, layering, and working with found materials. Art should be expressive and liberating, so you’ll be encouraged to experiment freely, using your own art materials in creative and meaningful ways. This course is open to all levels - whether you’re just starting out or already experienced. Your sketchbook will become a space for reflection and growth, with no pressure or perfection - just discovery. Because of demand and after the success of previous courses and workshops, Natalie has decided to open this course up to a larger group in bigger premises. It’s a special opportunity to learn, share, and grow within a vibrant creative community, while still enjoying the same warm, supportive atmosphere. This course runs on a termly basis, and you’ll have the option to rebook for each new term, with each term covering different topics.
